All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference’s CMT Website Electronic Submission System.
1. Full Length Paper (Presentation and Publication)
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers will be accepted by Electronic Submission System or email@example.com . All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2. Abstract (Presentation Only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the presentation at the conference, the abstract may not be published. Please submit your abstract to Electronic Submission System or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Full Length papers/Abstract should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing. Please follow the ICCMSO 2020 Conference template below.

3. Attending the Conference as a Listener
The delegates interested to attend the conference as a Listener may directly make registration along with the payment of registration fees.

ii) If you have been invited to review for ICCMSO-2020:
If you have been invited to review for ICCMSO-2020, you are already in the system. Please make sure you register ALL your co-authored papers using the same CMT account (attached to same email address) you are using for ICCMSO-2020 reviewing. If you have not been invited to review for ICCMSO-2020, you are not in the system. Please sign up as a new user. If you have generated an account and have forgotten your password, just click on “Reset your password”. Instructions will be emailed to you.
iii) Update contact information:
At any time, you can edit your contact information (see item near the top right in the submission site). Don’t forget to click the “Update” button to save the edited information. If you wish to change the contact email address, you can modify it via the “Change your Email” box.
iv) Enter subject (topic) areas for your paper:
When you submit a paper, you will be asked to specify its associated subject areas. Please note that you only need to indicate one “primary” subject area.
v) Paper Number
Once you have registered your paper (i.e. title/authors), you will be assigned a paper number. Insert this into the word template of your paper for submission. Papers submitted without a number may not be considered.
vi) Author(s) may be asked to prepare the paper as per the selected Journal template for the publication at a later stage.
The maximum size of the abstract is 4000 characters. The paper must be doc/docs only (maximum 10MB). The supplementary material includes only the filled and signed copyright form and should be in PDF format only If your submission has co-authors, please make sure that you enter their email addresses that correspond exactly to their account names (assuming they have created accounts). This will ensure that your co-authors can see your submission when they log in.
The presenter(s) will present paper(s) either through Oral Presentation or Virtual Presentation:
Oral Presentation: Oral presentations will be the main part of sessions during ICCMSO-2020. There will be parallel sessions with a duration of 90 minutes. Each session will contain 8-10 speakers and oral presentations should last no longer than 8-10 minutes (including 2 mins for queries). Presenters are required to bring the power point presentations slides. The laptop and audio-visual aid will be available at the venue during the sessions.
Virtual Presentation: Virtual presentation is available for the individuals who are unable to be present during the conference in person due to schedule conflict or teaching/research assignment and wish to contribute with their research in this international event. Virtual Presentation permits contributors to submit Abstract/full length papers for refereeing and publication in the conference publications, exactly like a regular paper. Virtual authors whose abstracts/full length papers are accepted (and who have paid registration fees) should submit a PowerPoint presentation (with video and/or audio), mp4, or any other multimedia file of their work. There will be a separate virtual presentation session in the conference schedule for the virtual presentations of the registered authors/presenters. Virtual presentation duration of each author will last between 8 to 10 minutes.
