If a Special Session is seriously under subscribed the Special Session may be canceled, in which case the accepted papers from the canceled Special Session will be placed into the regular program.

The arrangement of papers in sessions is to be determined by the organizers. In case of insufficient number of papers to make up a session (Six papers minimum), topically suitable regular papers may be considered to be included in the program of the session.
